  I would definitely not recommend this salon. They seem all over the place, I was a new customer only having my hair done a few times (too many) with them. On my second visit they booked my next appointment for me when I was leaving, wrote the time on the card only for me to find out there was no appointment booked on the day I turned up. Also, Maria changed my hair colour as she thought it would look good without consulting me, it was a disaster and most upsetting. Gemma the Manager had a meeting with me my disappointment with Maria changing my hair colour and offered to do my hair with another stylist complementary. On the day that I had my hair done next they asked for full payment of which I didn't pay and asked Gemma to call me to discus. I followed Gemma up by leaving messages as she had tried to call me without success but she has never bothered to call me back. I don't normally like to write bad reviews, however I must warn others looking for quality hairdressers and good service to think again about using this salon.
