  Avoid, complete lack of transparency. I got M&G Maiolo to replace my coil as my car had broken down in the area. Blunt and not particularly friendly was the deameanour. I asked if he could give me a price to fix the air conditioning while my car was there.
  
  My bill for a general service and coil replacement had an extra $100 dollar charge which was apparently simply to diagnose the issue with the air conditioning! He just had to be upfront with the extra charge via phone-call and then I'd option to say no thanks as I was not flush with cash at the time. Bit of transparency wouldn't have gone a miss here....Quick phone call to say the actual diagnosis will be $100!!!! No! He just fired ahead and pocketed the $100! Bit sneaky really. Never be back

  Tony and the team took excellent care of us (we are hopeless with cars) and our Audi A4 over the years. They are lovely, friendly people and very high integrity. We always received great service. We now have an EV and will miss seeing the team every few months. Thanks for everything Tony.

  Great mechanic. They quickly found the issue, let me know the cost to fix and my car was ready earlier than expected.

  Avoid at all costs ... and cost you it will.
  Used them for a couple of years, not knowing any better. Owner was rude and difficult. Prices were double what I paid elsewhere. Drop car off at 8am, pick up at 4pm (place I go to now: drop off at a time I choose, ready a little more than an hour later). Took advantage of my lack of knowledge to sell services I didn't need, ie bring the car in for a service every 3 months?! Everything about the experience was terrible. Moved to another mechanic in a nearby suburb and get treated like a valued customer for literally half the price (extra important to me, being on disability pension)
  Shop around, there are some amazing places in the area that would appreciate your business, unlike these crooks. Zero stars from me.

  Been coming here for almost 5 years now and couldn't be more happier. Excellent and efficient, simply the best mechanics I've ever dealt with.
